Growing Up
Growing up on the South Hill of Spokane, Wa, Ian was raised right here in the PNW. His talents were apparent at an early age, gravititing towards avenues of creative energy output, like woodshop, ceramics, jewelry & modeling. After graduating from Lewis & Clark High School, Ian attended college locally to attain his Political Science Degree. While in school he began working at Cucina Cucina where he quickly learned all aspects of the kitchen.
Enjoying his 2 years working in the hospitality industry Ian chose to attend Culinary School in San Francisco, Ca at the prestigious CCA in the heart of The City.
